Have you ever visited the charming town of Woody Creek in the Roaring Fork Valley? It's where something extraordinary began in 2012. Two innovative engineers and lifelong friends, Patrick Scanlon and Mark Kleckner, embarked on an exciting journey by founding a small distillery. They started crafting vodka using potatoes from their very own farm in Woody Creek, and soon after, Pat's wife, Mary Scanlon, jumped on board. Fast forward a few years, and they released their Bourbon. Today, Woody Creek Distillery is a farm-to-glass distillery, producing an impressive array of spirits, including various whiskey expressions, with Mary leading the way as CEO.
